Have a serious water leak? – Yorkshire water are the water providers for south Yorkshire and can be contacted for any urgent issues on 0345 1 24 24 24
Tenants
As part of your tenancy agreement pack you will have the Continental Property Group 24/7 emergency line that you can call for any out of hours urgent repairs. If able, please report this repair as well on the tenant repairs portal that can be accessed here with all relevant pictures and description so the matter can be resolved as soon as possible.
If your landlord is on a tenant find or rent collection contract with us, please contact your landlord direct to arrange repairs of your property.
