Double check the tenancy to ensure all up to date compliance certificates, tenant documentation and ID are correctly attached to the form and an email has been sent with a copy to the tenants. Please also ensure we have a copy saved of all certifications and documents for the tenancy that includes up to date meter readings in the relevant folder.
