Our landlord fees vary depending on the service level you choose. Whilst the majority of our clients opt for a fully managed service, please see below for a schedule of landlord fees for each service.
Fully Managed Service
Our fee for this service is 7.5% of the monthly rent plus a initial set up fee of £100 and includes:

☑ Rent collection and payment on mutually agreed rental payment date
☑ Monthly and annual electronic landlord rent statement
☑ Chasing of any rental arrears including issuing initial and final rent demand letters
☑ Advice and issuing legal notices seeking possession forms
☑ Deposit registration with government approved scheme
☑ Periodic property inspection reports
☑ Maintenance of your property including co-ordinating all maintenance issues
☑ Property check in and check out inspection reports
☑ Ensure all compliance certifications are valid and make arrangements to renew where required
Tenant Find Service
Fee for this service is equivalent to one months rent and a one off set up fee of £100 and includes:
☑ Advertising your property on all major platforms including Zoopla and Rightmove, social media, website, sign boards and will be featured on our 24/7 interactive screen on the shop front window.

☑ Landlord suitability checks (enhanced credit checks upon request)
☑ Right to rent checks

☑ Initial month rent collection
☑ Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreement generation using our agreement or your own
Rent Collection Service
Fee for this service is 6% of monthly rent on each property and includes:
☑ The collection and chasing of rent from tenants
☑ If applicable, persuing guarantors if a tenant falls into rental arrears
☑ Payment on mutually agreed rental payment date
